About Regan Espinosa
With over 20 years of experience in senior care and occupational therapy, Regan Espinosa has dedicated her career to helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of aging with compassion, expertise, and a heartfelt approach. Regan's journey began early, growing up in a small town in Indiana and caring for her grandmother who had Alzheimer’s disease. This deeply personal experience instilled in her a profound respect for seniors and a lifelong passion for ensuring they receive the best care possible.
As a seasoned occupational therapist, Regan specializes in supporting seniors through life transitions, particularly when moving into new communities or adjusting to changing levels of care. She understands that these transitions often bring challenges such as grief, loss of independence, and emotional adjustment. To help ease this process, Regan developed The Visit Box, a meaningful tool designed to foster connections, honor memories, and help loved ones feel at home in their new surroundings.
Regan also has experience as a health and grief coach, with a focus on reducing caregiver burnout, and improving overall well-being for residents, staff, and families. Her work includes personalized coaching to support caregivers, promote social and cognitive health for residents, and guide families through the emotional and practical aspects of transitioning to senior living. As a Stephen Minister, she brings spiritual care and emotional support to individuals navigating life’s most challenging seasons, offering a compassionate presence grounded in faith.
In addition to her hands-on work in senior care, Regan is a self-published author who enjoys helping families create their own legacy books, preserving stories and memories for future generations. Whether through her writing or her work in senior placement, Regan is dedicated to honoring the unique lives and legacies of those she serves.
Residing in Colorado with her husband and three children, Regan balances her professional life with personal passions. When she’s not working, you’ll find her cycling, writing, or taking walks along Colorado’s scenic trails. Her approachable, caring nature and deep understanding of the emotional and practical aspects of senior transitions make her a trusted guide for families and communities alike.
